It’s easy to select the counseling
method that’s right for you
1.
Choose
Traditional Counseling, for
help with several issues, probably over a period of time. We’ll assign a Counselor whose
experience best fits your needs. You meet face-to-face (and
communicate by telephone or e-mail)
whenever and wherever it’s convenient and for as long as
we’re needed. We may add a second counselor to bring special
experience to bear. To request Traditional Counseling,
complete the brief
Request Counseling form. This form captures information
about the type of business you're in or wish to start and how to
contact you. VERY IMPORTANT -> Use the text area at the bottom
of the form to
include a thorough description of your business and be as specific
as possible about the counseling you seek, so we can assigned an
appropriate Counselor. We assign Counselors every
Friday and you should hear from your Counselor only a few days after
that. If your
need is more urgent, please
telephone our office and find out when your counselor is expected to
be assigned. If you need help sooner, just tell us and we’ll speed
up the process.
2. Choose Walk-in or
Telephone Counseling, if you
have just a question or two or don’t know how to proceed or have an
extremely urgent problem. For
on-the-spot assistance,
telephone or stop by either of our
staffed offices at the hours shown below. A Counselor on duty
will be able to help with basic questions and process issues but may
not have the expertise you need long term. If possible, call ahead

3. Choose Email
Counseling,
via the national SCORE website, if you
have a question or two, prefer to work by Email for now, or need
very special expertise on a specific issue. |
